This research aims to analyze the role of WhatsApp Group “Pasar Online” in encouraging entrepreneurship in modern society, especially in Banten Indah Permai, Taman Banten Lestari, and Taman Mutiara Indah complexes. The purpose of this research is to explore how this platform facilitates entrepreneurship in modern society. The method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and participatory observation of business actors. The findings show that WhatsApp Group serves as an effective marketing tool and information sharing tool, creating a solid community and supporting innovation. However, challenges such as security and unhealthy interactions were also identified. The conclusion of this study confirms that WhatsApp Groups have great potential in supporting entrepreneurship, although there is a need for strategies to overcome the challenges to maximize the benefits.
