Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Global Indoraya Lestari North Jakarta, either partially or simultaneously. The population of this research is employees of PT. Global Indoraya Lestari, while the sample for this research is employees of PT. Global Indoraya Lestari, numbering 60 people. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The data analysis used in this research is the classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t-test, and F test. The results of this research show that Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance in the Y regression = 33.764 + 0.200X1, the correlation value is 0.361, meaning that the two variables have a low level of relationship. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > from the t table (2.947 > 2.002). The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 26.646 + 0.372X2, a correlation value of 0.597, meaning the two variables have a strong level of relationship. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > from the t table (5.669 > 2.002). Work Discipline and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 27.244 – 0.136X1 + 0.490X2. The coefficient of determination value is 38.1% while the remaining 61.9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table (17.539 > 2.766).
